Refund & Cancellation Policy

Clients may request to reschedule their consultation, provided that the request is submitted at least three (3) business days before the scheduled consultation.

Consultation fees are non-refundable once a booking has been confirmed, as the consultation time is reserved exclusively for the client.

If Elite Signature Wedding Advisory is unable to proceed with the scheduled consultation, the client will be offered the option to reschedule or receive a full refund.

Any approved refund will be issued to the original payment method and may take several business days to appear, depending on the payment provider or the client’s bank.
